This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Lets get started


Open your template
Ctrl+D to duplicate
Delete the copyright layer
Delete the Cherry1 and Cherry2.
Resize your canvas to 700x700

Flood fill background with white.

On big circle layer select all, float, defloat, paste paper 1 invert then delete select none. Delete the original layer.

Small rectangles layers right and left select all, float, defloat, paste paper 8 invert then delete select none. Delete the original layer.

Big blue rectangle select all, float, defloat, add new layer flood fill with light color from tube . I used color #ff8080 then delete original layer.

Paste close up of tube and change blend mode to luminance(legacy) and lower the opacity to 50.

Transparent Rectangle select all, float, defloat, add new layer flood fill with black delete the original layer.

On wordart layer add Gradient Glow with 3.00 soft corners @ 25 Opacity @ 100 Medium for glow white.

Add drop shadow offset 1 Horizontal 1 Opacity 100 Blur 0 Use color #ff8080 for your drop shadow 2 times.

Add Elements of your choice
If you use what I did see tag for placement

Butterfly 1 resize 25%
Balloon duplicate then mirror
Lady Bug 3 Free rotate 180 to the left
Butterfly 2 resize 25%

Add drop shadow of choice to tag and add mask of choice.

On your tube if you want to make it kinda pop out a little more here is something you can do.

Duplicate your tube layer on the copy layer add a gaussian blur of 2.00 and move it below the original layer. On the original layer blend mode to hard light and change the opacity to 73. Merge the layer down and sharpen!

Crop/resize tag to your preference - add copyright/license & watermark & name ..Save as PNG or JPEG
