This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Lets get started

Open your template Ctrl+D to duplicate Delete the copyright layer.

On Pink Shape 1 Layer Select all float and defloat and copy and paste paper 3 on new layer then select invert and tap delete key. Unselect and delete original layer.

On Black Shape Left and Right Layer Select all float and defloat and copy and paste paper 3 on new layer then select invert and tap delete key. Unselect and delete original layer.

On Frame 1 and Frame Left and Right Layer Select all float and defloat and copy and paste paper 6 on new layer then select invert and tap delete key. Unselect and delete original layer.

On Grey Strip Layer Select all float and defloat and flood fill black on new layer Then add gradient glow thin white. Unselect and delete original layer.

On HCTG (word art) Layer Select all float and defloat and flood fill with Pink (#ea5892) Add Inner Bevel of choice then add gradient glow think white and add drop shadow. Unselect and delete original layer.

On Black and White Stars Layer Select all float and defloat and copy and paste paper 7 on new layer then select invert and tap delete key. Add gradient glow thin white. Unselect and delete original layer.

You can now add elements of choice or you can use the same ones I did. See my tag for reference.

Elements:

Key Chain resize 50% then again at 75% Star 2 resize 50% then again at 75% Make Up1 resize 50% duplicate then flip change blend mode to hard light Middle Square- Make up2 resize 70% change blend mode to difference Right Square Make up3 resize to 70% change blend mode to hard light. Shoe 7 resize 40% place to left then duplicate and mirror.

On your tube if you want to make it kinda pop out a little more here is something you can do.

Duplicate your tube layer on the copy layer add a gaussian blur of 2.00 and move it below the original layer. On the original layer blend mode to hard light and change the opacity to 73. Merge the layer down and sharpen!

Crop/resize tag to your preference - add copyright/license & watermark & name ..Save as PNG or JPEG
