This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Lets get started

Open your template
Ctrl+D to duplicate
Delete the copyright layer & Word Art layer.

On Circle 1 Layer Select all float and defloat and add new raster layer flood fill light red. Delete original layer.

Framed Background 1 float and defloat new layer paste raster 10 invert tap delete key and then unselect and delete original layer.


On the Small Stars 1 2 & 3 layer float and defloat new layer paste raster 11 invert tap delete key and then unselect and delete original layer.


On the Circle layer 2 float and defloat new layer paste raster 3 invert tap delete key and then unselect and delete original layer.

On the Large Star layer float and defloat new layer paste raster 5 invert tap delete key and then unselect and delete original layer.


On the Framed background layer 2 float and defloat new layer paste raster 9 invert tap delete key and then unselect and delete original layer.

On the Thin rectangle layer Select all float and defloat and add new raster layer flood fill Black. Add gradient glow fat white. Delete original layer.

On the pixeled background layer 2 float and defloat new layer paste raster 2 invert tap delete key and then unselect and delete original layer.

Add any elements of choice or you can use what I use just use my tag as a reference.

Blue Guitar (raster 11)
Mic (raster 16)
Records (raster 36)
Speaker (raster 42)
Red Music Notes (raster 13) add gradient glow white fat.

On your tube if you want to make it kinda pop out a little more here is something you can do.

Duplicate your tube layer on the copy layer add a gaussian blur of 2.00 and move it below the original layer. On the original layer blend mode to hard light and change the opacity to 73. Merge the layer down and sharpen!

Crop/resize tag to your preference - add copyright/license & watermark & name ..Save as PNG or JPEG
