This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Lets get started

Open your template
Ctrl+D to duplicate
Delete the copyright layer
Delete the pixel sexified.

Resize your canvas to 700x700

Flood fill background with white.

On Oval Layer Select all float and defloat and copy and paste paper 8 on new layer then select invert and tap delete key. Unselect and delete original layer.

On the White rectangle layer float and defloat new layer paste paper 10 invert tap delete key and then unselect and delete original layer.

On Thin Rectangle layers 1&2 float and defloat on new layer paste paper 9 invert tap delete key and then unselect and delete original layer.

On Pink Rectangle select float defloat new layer copy and paste paper 4 invert tap delete kep unselect and delete original layer.

On Frame background select float defloat on new layer copy and paste paper 11 invert tap delete key unselect and delete original layer.

Leave the frame layer dotted line 1 & 2 and the large rectangle layer as they are.

On the Sexified layer add gradient glow medium white glow width 6.00 soft corners 25 and opacity 100. Add drop shadow. Do the same with words 1 & 2 but on words one change the gradient glow to black. Add drop shadow of choice.

Move the word Bitch up & to the left beside the dots.

Make a copy of your frame layer and place your tube in between the fame layers. Erase parts of the frame off your tube and erase any part of the tube that hangs over.

Add any elements of choice ... see my tag for reference on where to place

Flower resize 30%
Glitter splat & Glitter splat 2 Under tag.
Heart resize 40% and rotate 10% to the right.

On your tube if you want to make it kinda pop out a little more here is something you can do.

Duplicate your tube layer on the copy layer add a gaussian blur of 2.00 and move it below the original layer. On the original layer blend mode to hard light and change the opacity to 73. Merge the layer down and sharpen!

Crop/resize tag to your preference - add copyright/license & watermark & name ..Save as PNG or JPEG
