This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Lets get started

Open a new image 600 x 600

Copy and Paper 7 and add your mask and merge down.

Add tube so you can work around it.

Glitter Splat paste on mask layer.

Sparkles 1 paste on mask layer over the glitter splat.

Fan rotate right paste under mask layer then duplicate and mirror.

Roses rotate right flip paste in the center of the tag then duplicate and mirror.

Heart Rose resize 35% place off center lower left.

Candles resize 35% place off center lower right

Spider resize 50% place upper right on the lace of the fan.

Parasol resize 75% lower opacity to 73 and blend mode to color tilt to the left.

Nailedheart resize 35% place just off center of side right.

Necklace resize 50% place black heart of the necklace to center right

Ribbon 3 resize 85% place below mask layer then tilt to the right then duplicate and mirror.


Now add a drop shadow to all layers

On your tube if you want to make it kinda pop out a little more here is something you can do.

Duplicate your tube layer on the copy layer add a gaussian blur of 2.00 and move it below the original layer. On the original layer blend mode to hard light and change the opacity to 73. Merge the layer down and sharpen!

Crop/resize tag to your preference - add copyright/license & watermark & name ..Save as PNG or JPEG
