Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
Do not copy this tutorial and post it through any group or claim it as your own. Please just pass my blog for the tutorials!

For this Tutorial I'm using the art of Keith Gravey! You purchased his tubes Here

I am using a mask from Designs By Vaybs. Thanks for the Mask! Mask DBV Maks144 and you can get it Here

Scrap kit Snow Bird In Blue- by Babycakes Scraps. Thank you so much! You can buy this kit at Bellazingarostudio! Here

Optional Plugins Gradient Glow and Glass.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Lets get started

Open a new image 600 x 600

Copy and paste paper 5 and add your mask and merge down.

Add tube so you can work around it.

Element 60 resize 57% place behind the mask layer.

Frosty word art tilt it a little to left and place across the tag area.

Now let's make a small snow globe on the tag.... .

Take element 40 resize 75% place a lower left of tag then duplicate.

Element 9 resize 53% resize again 50% and then resize 2 more times at 75%.. Place element over the snowball.

Take the duplicate copy and bring up over element 9 .... then add Glass Settings as stated below.

Glass Settings Under Basic Tab Bevel Width 30.00 Smoothness 75 Bevel Placement- Inside Marquee Edge Darkening 30 Gradient 35 Refraction 50 Opacity 0 Tinting 50 Glass Color White... Change the opacity of the top snowball to 50..... Apply Glass setting to both snowballs.

Element 11 resize 56% then again to 30% and place over the snowballs then duplicate and merge together.

Element 28 resize 35% and place at the top center of tag.

Element 106 resize 75% and place at the bottom right of the tag.

Now add a drop shadow to all layers

*****Optional for your tube******

I was turned on to this trick by a good friend of my named Kim. You can check her out Click Here See Kim!

On your tube if you want to make it kinda pop out a little more here is something you can do.

Duplicate your tube layer on the copy layer add a gaussian blur of 2.00 and move it below the original layer. On the original layer blend mode to hard light and change the opacity to 73. Merge the layer down and sharpen!

Crop/resize tag to your preference - add copyright/license & watermark & name ..Save as PNG or JPEG
