This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Lets get started

Open a new image 600 x 600

Paste Paper PP5 abd apply mask.

Add tube so you can work around it.

Element 3 just paste it on the tag.

Element 25 resize 50% tilt and place center right on side of tag duplicate and mirror and move the layer to cross over each other.

Element 13 resize 50% and place in the center of the bottom of tag.

Element 22 resize 30% and place center left of tag.

Element 1 resize 50% and Element 8 resize 50% place element 1 in center top of tag then add element 8 to the right and tilt a little right then duplicate and mirror.

Element 12 paste behind mask layer and move to top center of left side the duplicate mirror then duplicate and flip then duplicate and mirror one last time (you should have 4 layers now)

Now add a drop shadow to all layers

On your tube if you want to make it kinda pop out a little more here is something you can do.

Duplicate your tube layer on the copy layer add a gaussian blur of 2.00 and move it below the original layer. On the original layer blend mode to hard light and change the opacity to 73. Merge the layer down and sharpen!

Crop/resize tag to your preference - add copyright/license & watermark & name ..Save as PNG or JPEG
